Of all the people I know, you're the man I assume knows how to get things done. It would rarely occur to me to pause and explain HOW to accomplish something that needed done. Nor would I feel any need to set a reminder to find out if it was done. I would be able to trust you could handle it.

What I like most about this is that you DO what others talk about. You go on the white-water rafting trips, you take care of business, you sail out to Catalina, you participate with the Boy Scouts. You step up and are FIT to be counted when most dither and accept excuses to cop out or would be liabilities.

On the boys-guys-men scale, you've been a man for almost as long as I've known you.
